Principal's Message

From the Principal's Desk:

As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday week, I want to extend a sincere thank you to all the families and volunteers who participated in our recent classroom Thanksgiving celebrations. Your enthusiasm, contributions, and support made these events truly special for our students!
It was inspiring to see so many different expressions of gratitude and community across our grade levels:

  • First Grade brought creativity to life with their "Creative Floats" Thanksgiving Parade! The imagination and effort put into the floats were amazing.
  • Our Kindergarten students enjoyed a delightful Pie Feast, a sweet start to the holiday season.
  • Second Grade shared in a heartwarming lesson of cooperation and generosity during their Stone Soup Celebration.
  • Third Grade showed us the true meaning of community with their lovely Friendsgiving event.
These activities provide wonderful, memorable learning experiences about thankfulness and coming together. We are so grateful for our entire school community.
We wish all of our families a safe, restful, and joyful Thanksgiving week filled with cherished moments.
We look forward to seeing all students back in class on Monday, December 1st. Please check PowerSchool for Trimester 1 report cards!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Principal Randall

We are excited to announce our Food Drive, in conjunction with KHS FFA. This is a special opportunity for our school community to make a tangible difference in the lives of local families experiencing need this holiday season. We will be collecting non-perishable food items (such as canned goods, pasta, rice, and sealed dry goods) to ensure every family in our area has access to essential sustenance. This is a great way to demonstrate empathy and kindness, providing something truly essential to others. Please send in your generous donations between Monday, December 8th, and Friday, December 12th. Thank you in advance for helping us support our neighbors!
