The University of Idaho College of Engineering invites students to apply for the Engineering Design EXPO VIP Program, a hands-on STEM experience focused on mentorship, innovation, and engineering exploration.

Selected students may receive a scholarship to help cover travel costs and will:
- Work alongside current Vandal engineering and computer science students
- Participate in STEM experiences tailored to their interests
- Explore innovative projects at the Engineering Design EXPO
- Tour engineering labs and learning spaces
- Experience a day in the life of a UI engineering student

If no action is taken by this deadline, the offer will be released and the student will move to a future round of contingent offers.

The Career Pathway Plan does NOT need to be completed to submit the Idaho LAUNCH application or accept a contingent offer. However, it must be completed before graduation for the official award to be issued after graduation.

Northwest Nazarene University is offering the First-Generation Excellence Scholarship, a four-year full tuition award for first-generation students starting college Fall 2026.
Eligibility:
- First-generation college student
- Local to Ada, Boise, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, or Washington counties
- High school senior graduating this year
- Minimum 3.2 GPA
- Demonstrated need and involvement in school or community service
Application Steps:
- Submit the scholarship application by January 16, 2026
- Complete the FAFSA prior to this date
- Apply and be accepted to NNU
- Have two non-family members complete the Scholarship Recommendation Form

Isabella Stroebel is a proud Kuna High School graduate from the Class of 2021 and a College of Western Idaho (CWI) graduate who is currently working as an Administrative Assistant at Demeyer Furniture. While she has already gained valuable professional experience, Isabella’s long-term career goal is to pursue a path in Communications and Digital Media, a field that aligns perfectly with her interests and strengths.
From a young age, Isabella knew she loved digital media. As more of the world moved online, she realized she could turn her passion, creativity, and knowledge into a meaningful career. Her interest truly took shape during high school when she joined FFA, where she served as the Social Media Reporter. In that leadership role, she discovered how much she enjoyed sharing stories, events, and experiences through online platforms and engaging others through digital content.
Today, Isabella continues to build skills that support her future goals while gaining hands-on experience in the workforce. Her journey highlights how high school activities, leadership roles, and exploring interests early on can help students uncover career paths they may not have initially considered. Isabella’s story is a great example of how passions developed in high school can grow into purposeful career aspirations in adulthood.

The scholarship is now open with a March 31, 2026 deadline for the 2026–27 school year.

Idaho Power is offering several scholarship opportunities for graduating seniors and current college students who live in Idaho Power’s service area.
• 14 scholarships of $2,500
• For graduating seniors planning to enroll full-time in a STEM, business, or communications program
• Must attend an accredited Idaho or Oregon two- or four-year college/university
• Minimum unweighted GPA: 3.75
• 2 scholarships of $2,500
• For students enrolling in an accredited Idaho technical school to learn a skilled trade (linework, electrical, welding, mechanical, applied technology, and more)
• Minimum GPA: 2.75 or GED
• 2 scholarships of $1,000
• Open to:
Graduating seniors enrolling in an engineering program at an accredited Idaho college, or
College students at any level enrolling in a natural resources program at an accredited Idaho college

The College of Idaho is offering an exciting scholarship competition for prospective students! The Kathryn Albertson Scholarship Competition gives high school seniors the chance to earn significant financial support toward their college education.
⭐ What You Need to Know
- Open to: High school seniors who have applied to The College of Idaho
- GPA Requirement: Minimum 3.0 GPA
- When: Held each February on campus
- Slots are limited (only about 200 available) — so register early!
💰 Scholarship Awards
- $2,500 per year for winners
- $1,000 per year for runners-up
- $500 per year for every competitor who participates
